LNS has championed the practice of instant remote support with our customers. With secure and standardized methods, we will be able to log in and support your school’s computer system from our offices. We’ll be able to adjust system configurations, install/configure/update software, and much more, in real-time. Many times have small projects been completed directly from our desks, after a simple call or e-mail from a school’s staff member. It is extrordinarily valuable for both school and LNS to be able to accomplish tasks in this manner – it saves time, money and allows for more focus on improving the overall system.
