LNS has been in business since 2002. Jordan Erickson, owner and operator, launched LNS as a way to provide businesses with quality, professional technical support services at affordable rates. Our clients are quite typically professionals in their own rite – smart, focused and driven to succeed in their lives and professions. It’s important to work with like-minded people, and it’s something we’ve enjoyed for our 10 years of operation. Prior to launching LNS, I have worked in various technical positions – a satellite data communications provider in Petaluma (systems and network engineer), a North & East Bay financial institution (desktop, network and server support, information security), and a local bank in Petaluma (network support+administration, information security). As well as these former positions, early on in my career I worked at a computer repair & sales shop in Windsor (hardware & software repair, new systems, sales and inventory) and a local Internet service provider in Rohnert Park providing (customer support). I have worked the vast majority of my professional career in technology.
I’ve been doing this all of my life. I’m one of those, “had a computer since I was 5″ people. I’m always learning new things and figuring out better ways to accomplish goals with technology. I am an out-of-the-box thinker, and love using this trait to come up with innovative products and solutions as well.
