About Logical Networking Solutions

Logical Networking Solutions was founded in June of 2002. Our primary intent by launching a new technology-based company close to the heart of Silicon Valley was to provide small businesses with a balance - a balance between getting technical issues resolved in the most logical fashion and providing a customer service experience that far exceeded the status quo of all other technical support outfits.

To this day, we still strive to perfect this delicate balance. We are happy to say that when a client calls our support line, they are almost never upset. Almost never frustrated. Almost never on the verge of throwing their computer out the window. Of course, there are some situations that completely validate these negative states of mind - computers themselves are not very friendly. And for good reason - computers are our tools. We surely wouldn't expect a hammer to say "It looks like you've bent a nail, would you like me to help get it out?"

In business, we use computers to get work done (okay, a little break-time Solitare never hurt anyone). When our computers break, we need them fixed - sooner, rather than later. In business, we need a technology partner that can fix our problems. Of course, however, we don't want to call someone for help that is going to frustrate us even more. What baffles me is that this really *is* the general portrayal of most computer techs out there in the world; the classic too-busy-to-help-you-with-your-inferior-computer-problem tech. The Ill-be-there-in-two-weeks tech. That's not what we want. We want someone to give us the respect we deserve - after all, we're the ones paying them the big bucks for their expertise!

We're here because technology is a passion of ours, and we realise that we are fortunate enough to work with the things that make us happy. Working with great technology and with great people is what drives us to continue to be the best out there - after all, it's not just about point-click-fix, it's about building lasting business relationships with friendly, outgoing people that makes it all worth while.
